My research interests focus on the chemistry of secondary natural products and traditional organic synthesis. The members of my research group contribute to natural product research through the total synthesis of natural products with beautiful, unique, or complex molecular structures. We develop synthetic methods that provide low-effort access to useful building blocks for the total synthesis of natural products.
