Allosteric Modulation of the Dynamics of the p38alpha Kinase via the "Lipid-Binding Domain"

Using liquid NMR spectroscopy, researchers from the Linser research group were able to uncover an allosteric link between the lipid pocket in the C-lobe and the functionally important elements in the p38alpha protein kinase. The research findings, which were obtained in collaboration with the Rauh group, were recently published in the journal Angewandte Chemie.
